We recommend tying the ribbon on your scrub cap, placing it in a mesh bag and washing it on a delicate cycle to avoid any damage to the ribbons.

For drying, although hang dry is preferred, you can tumble dry low and promptly remove.

Our scrub caps are meant to fit a mid height ponytail. We recommend cinching the ribbon underneath and bringing the ties around to tie on top. The head circumference ranges from 20" to 32" for the ribbon tie and 16-30" for the Euro. The elastic and ribbon allow it to adjust for all sizes of heads and lengths of hair.

Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, provided they are unworn and all tags are still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days under the same conditions; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping and additional shipping charges for the new item.

Defective items will be replaced at no charge if the seller is notified within 30 days of receiving the item.
